Habilitation
In 2023, a total of 25 people habilitated at the University of Vienna, including 10 women (in 20221, there were 31 habilitations, including six women). The majority of habilitations occurred in the field of catholic theology, as well as philological and cultural studies.
Among commission members as well as commission chairs, women were the majority (for the first time). Among revierwers the gender ratio was relatively balanced.
