Non-academic university staff
The non-academic university staff is divided into the central administration within service units and central support units, and the decentralized administration at the faculties and centers. In the decentralized administration, the proportion of women is over two-thirds, while in the central administration, it is approximately 60 %. Within these individual areas, there is a clear gender gap between organizational assistants/offices and the technology/IT sectors.
