Non-academic university staff
Work hours
Compared to previous years, the proportion of full-time employees among women and men has fallen, while the proportion of employees working less than 20 hours per week has risen. Compared to the general population, the high proportion of men working part-time in the AUP is striking: around one-third currently work part-time, compared to only 14 % of the general population , see Statistik Austria.
