Parenthood
Balancing job resp. academia with parenthood is not always easy. There is no data at the University of Vienna about how many children employees have, but there are data on parental leave, parental part-time and the mandatory maternity leave. It is interesting to compare genders there, but also to compare the academic and the non-academic staff.
