Students overview
Apart from doctoral programs, significantly more women than men were enrolled at the University of Vienna, with the percentage of women exceeding 60 %. The gap becomes even more pronounced when it comes to graduations: Two-thirds to three-quarters of degrees were earned by women. In doctoral programs, the share of women is 47 % among graduates and thus lies below the number of students.
