Tenure Track
In 2024, a total of 22 tenure track positions were appointed, including ten women (in 2023, 25 positions were appointed, including eleven women). Half of the selected women were offered tenure track positions in historical and cultural studies (3) and microbiology and environmental systems science (2).
Women made up 30 % of all applicants, in the subsequent stages of the appointment process, the share of women was between 40 % and 45 %. Slightly less than 40 % of the reviewers were women, while more women than men were panel members.
