Tenure Track
In 2022, a total of 25 tenure track positions were appointed, including 11 to women (in 2022, there 21 positions were appointed, with 17 going to women). In January 2024, the percentage of women in tenure track positions was 50 %. The majority of tenure track positions in 2023 were in philological and cultural studies, followed by life sciences and mathematics.
About four out of ten panel members and reviewers were women. Women made up around 34 % of applicants, in all other stages of the appointment process, the share of women was over 40 %.
